Real time totaling showing current and previous values may be displayed as shown above. Based entirely on the full contract estimate created in the Wessex Advanced Estimating, the system supports internal and external valuations. The value may be applied to both WBS and Bill concurrently. The measure applied to the WBS element or Bill item may be either value, % complete, measured quantity or dimensioned take-off optionally with electronic digitiser measuring. The extended totals generated may be based on either estimated net costs or estimated gross revenue. Optionally actual costs may be entered for Cost Value Reconciliation purposes, these may be received from the Wessex Accounts & Job Costing. Full support for Variations, day works and materials on site is available. Stand-alone modules to measure and value directly on-site is provided as standard. This application is not owned by us.
